I have posted here before about problems I have had with my Servo-15. First thing when I hooked it up it made horrid popping sounds. That was a loose connection on the servo mechanism. Then a few weeks later it started making a humming sound intermittently. If I turned it off and on again it would work fine again for a while. The amp module was replaced. About three weeks later the same problem started again. I called my dealer and complained and now a day later exchanged for a new one. When I got it home and set it up I found that there is a small gap between the cabinet and the amp module in the back and when the sub operates it whistles! That's right it whistles! I couldn't believe it. I live over an hour from my dealer. I can't talk to my dealer until tomorrow. I emailed Paradigm. It will be interesting to see what there response is. I will post when I find out.Anyone else have QC issues with a Servo-15  :frowning:  :frowning:  :frowning:

Me neither. Sounds like you should report that dealer to Paradigm for sub-standard service. They really ought to lose their distribution rights for this sort of thing. Then take your Servo-15 to a different dealer.

Love my new-ish Servo (4 months old). No problems here. Stick with it until you get a good one.
