Service Mode for Sony KV-32FS17? (1 Viewer)

I recently purchased a Sony KV-32FS17 television as a move-in gift for myself. I am replacing a Sony KV-32FS10 that needed some servicing after the move. On the FS10, I could easily get into service mode using the standard keystrokes from the remote:

[PWR OFF] - [DISP], [5], [VOL+], [PWR ON]

On the FS17, this combination does nothing other than turn the TV on with the OSD visible. I've tried both remotes - the combo works on both with the FS10, but doesn't work for either on the FS17.

Any ideas/suggestions? Thank you.

It works, you just don't know it!...as soon as you enter the code and turn the tv on, immediately press 1,4, 3, or 6 and the service menu will pop up.
