Dave, as scary as it sounds. My younger daughter loves Home Alone 4. Luckily, she still thinks the first 2 are the best. :rolleyes

It looks like Holes may also be coming out on Sept. 2 as well.

Speaking of Michael Moore, when the heck is Bowling for Columbine due out???? I thought it was supposed to come out back in May!

Dave:

You have to add the Absent-Minded Professor (black & white widescreen version), as well as Three O'Clock High on that list of yours.

I think that this is going to be a big day for Universal.
My pocketbook is hurting already!

Less than three weeks away!!

Who else is excited about this day? I have been saving up this month, to purchase the many titles on the second.

I'm very excited for 9/2 and the two Tuesdays it's sandwiched between. On release day, I'll definitely be getting Saved by the Bell seasons 1 & 2 and CSI season 2.

Brave Little Toaster To The Rescue, The
    Brave Little Toaster, The
Breakfast Club, The - High School Reunion Collection
C.S.I. Crime Scene Investigation - The Complete 2nd Season

    Ghost & Mr. Chicken
    Gun in Betty Lou's Handbag
    Hello Kitty 5-Pack Giftset
High School Reunion Collection Boxset (Club/Candles/Science)
    Home Alone 4
    Honkytonk Man
    How To Frame A Figg
The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1957 w/Anthony Quinn)
    Into The Night
    It's Pat
    Kim Possible: The Secret Files
    Love God?, The
Maggie and the Ferocious Beast - Let's Play a Game
Medabots Vol. 11: Medabots to the Tournament
Monty Python's The Meaning of Life - 2 Disc Anniversary Edition
    More American Graffiti
    Outer Limits Season 2
    PCU
    Phantom of the Paradise
    Pink Cadillac
Power Ranger Ninja Storm: Lightning Strikes
Power Ranger Ninja Storm: Looming Thunder
    Reluctant Astronaut, The
    Return From Witch Mountain
    Ruby
Rudy - The Rudy Giuliani Story
Saved By The Bell Seasons 1 & 2
Shakiest Gun In The West, The
    Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror
Sixteen Candles - High School Reunion Collection
    Sleeping With The Enemy
    Stargate SG-1 Season 4
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Attack of the Mousers
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Meet Casey Jones
    Three O'Clock High

george, I'm using the official title of the release as much as possible. But I'm glad you took a second and noted that.

Tony, I'd buy almost all of those if I had unlimited funds. Since I don't, I *HOPE* I can afford just these 16 on street date (and not all of them might make it to my house), and other things I'd want (for me OR my family; note that much of the 16 are for my wife or son, and only 3 of these are solely for me) will have to wait for markdowns, Christmas, or whatever. That means waiting on Alias and Angel, waiting on all the great Don Knotts stuff, waiting on upgrading the John Hughes films, waiting on kidvid my son would adore like TMNT/Maggie/Medabots/Kim Possible/Brave Toaster/Casper, waiting on all the new Clint Eastwood titles except for the one I can't live without, and waiting on other cool catalog titles. That leaves me with just these (I hope):

The Absent-Minded Professor - Widescreen Edition
Cheech & Chong's Next Movie
Escape to Witch Mountain
Fletch Lives
Into The Night
Outer Limits Season 2
Power Ranger Ninja Storm: Lightning Strikes
Power Ranger Ninja Storm: Looming Thunder
Return From Witch Mountain
Saved By The Bell Seasons 1 & 2
Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror
Sleeping With The Enemy
Stargate SG-1 Season 4
Tightrope
Titanic (1953) - Fox Studio Classics Series
Xena Warrior Princess - Season 2

Even just this will be a huge pile of cash! I expect what I just listed would easily cost me $300-ish. :frowning:
