seleco or dream vision (1 Viewer)

I have a room 18 x 26 for a HT and live in north Georgia. I have seen the seleco 200 for 8,000 and the dream vision for around 5,000. the seleco had a much better picture but i would like some advice. are there better dlp projectors out there that would compare to the seleco for less $$. there are very few HT stores where i live but i was impressed with the seleco but would like to be sure i am getting the best product for the money. I am also looking at Denon 4802,3803..pioneer elite vsx47,vsx45..sony da7es
receivers, svs subwoofer, dvd..?? any advice would be appreciated. paradigm speakers or again some advice? one last note, i am considering a 92" screen, 7 speaker sys.

Man that is a lot to consider. What are the specs on the Seleco 200 and which Dream Vision projector is it? As for contenders, there are these two...
