I know.... someone posted that in another forum and I thought it was funny. I honestly don't know where they got that from...definitely not the official site...but you knew that!

I didn't know that...although I was pretty sure it was inaccurate soon enough. But that's a sure-as-hellfire way to spread misinformation around the internet.

This, then, is pretty much a thread about...nothing, huh? [IMG]

Well, I've just finished watching Seasons 4-6 and it's not in there. But, then again, I haven't watched the third disk yet on Season 5. I accidentally skipped it because of the recap episode so I'm sitting down to watch it right now.

The episode is called "The Reverse Peephole" and aired in the 9th and final season of "Seinfeld."

Sony Germany has officially announced season 7 of Seinfeld for late November.

So far the German release pattern has been identical to the US one, so I'm sure a US announcement is imminent. The big surprise (to me at least) is that there appears to be only one season set this year which is very little. Since there was no release in May, I thought that we'd be getting a season 7/8 combo at the very least.

Had Sony continued at the rate they started out with, we'd be done by now. [IMG] But who knows, maybe Sony US have a surprise up their corporate sleeves.

Anyway, here are the extras (translated from German), which I'm sure will also find their way on the US set:

    - The New Queen: Elaine Benes
    - Larry David's Departure
    - Behind the Scenes
    - Not That There's Anything Wrong With That Bloopers
    - Deleted Scenes
    - Yada, Yada, Yada: Cast & Crew Commentaries
    - Master of His Domain
    - Sein-imation
    - Trivia Tracks

All the details are taken from Cinefacts.de. You can also find the cover art there, which will most likely be identical to the US release.

Season 7 is also listed for release in Australia in November. Their releases are identical to the U.S. and European sets.

Just a guess but it seems like we'll be waiting until next November for them to release S8 and S9. Of course a year ago, I assumed that S7 would out in May 2006 and S8 and S9 would be out in November 2006 so what the hell do I know? [IMG]

grrr, what is the freaking holdup. Considering we didn't get a spring Seinfeld this year around, why not just release 7-9 together since I know we're going to have to wait until next November, and watch them just release 8. Just finish the damn show already
