O.K, this is NOT the American Region 1 set but the upcoming Australian Region 4 release on December 12 (Season 9 comes out early October).
The page shows the set so perhaps the R1 design may end up being the same.

Dont you mean season 9 comes out in October. I've known about the 33 disc set and up until yesterday the set was due out october 24th as well so im a little cheesed off that this set has been moved back.

From the looks of it, I'd bet that's what R1 will get but I figure Sony will wait until the end of 2008 to release it in R1 so they can sell S9 in November and also sell the series in 2008 too. It would be nice to get the book and the bonus disc (and I easily could sell off my season sets on eBay) but I doubt I will.

That looks like it's probably a BB exclusive, but they also have this listing, with a different SKU, called Seinfeld Complete Series exclusive for $229.99. And they have the normal release for $239.99.

While that refrigerator thing does look cool, it's not worth nearly $100 more than I'm paying for the set at B&N.

posted in the bargains section there is a 50% off anything coupon for members at barnes and noble.

so the seinfeld set comes to unde $90 then ad the $25 member fee and it is only about $111.

What was the price the other day? Now when I go to B&N it's only 10 percent off list. Members pay $229.99 so half of that would be $115 plus the $25 member fee.

I'm guessing it was 20 percent off yesterday?

Also bb will have the fridge set found under $170 next week.

Its on sale at Future Shop for $229 on Tuesday. I can't wait but at Best Buy next door they have the Refrigerator box set at the same price.

This series I was not buying cause I waited for the complete series.
With the Canadian Dollar higher now than the US dollar. I am buying it here in BC still.

So B&N was 20 percent off and then they went to 10 percent off.

Do they have a pattern of going to 0 or maybe 20 percent off after the release date?

Or is 10 percent as good as it's going to get?
