Hello,
my current setup is:
Sony DVD player; Onkyo TX-DS787; B&W 602 S2 for L/R, B&W CDNT for center, CSW Surround 5.1 and Velodyne FSX12BV.
I am seriously considering a 5ch power amp at around $600, used. I would like it to be less then $600 than spend more money :) I am looking at:
1. Rotel - RMB-1075 or RB-985 Mk II - lot of good reviews and good buzz on this forum too.
2. Anthem MCA-5/ MCA-50 - Impressive Specs.
3. B&K AV5000-II
4. Outlaw - 750 (Can't find this in the used market). Is the 755 out in the market yet? Any reviews?
5. ATI-1505 - Great ratings on the audioreview.com
I looked at these and they did not make it to my list:
1. Sherwood - AM9080 - saw this bad review at: http://www.homecinemachoice.com/test...DSAM9080.shtml
2. Adcom GFA-7000 - bad reviews on audioreview.com
Let me know if there is anything else I should look at. Any other comments are welcome too. My listening pattern is 70% HT and 30% music.
Thank you!

I don't think you will find a bad review of the Parasound 2205a amp 5 channels at 220 watts per channel. I just read that Lucas films went with Parasound equipment on Attack of the Clones.HT mag stated the most perfect HT amp. BTW I have a 2205a for sale if interested drop me a line.

Cheers,
Steve
