Haven't seen the trailer, but my local Cinemark had a big lobby standee for the film that really cracked me up. The tagline read, right under the title SEED OF CHUCKY, "Get a load of Chucky", or something to that effect. My wife laughed so hard she almost lost her popcorn.
The cinema I went to to watch Shaun of the Dead had a giant sized Seed of Chucky cardboard stand-up that had Chucky & the Misses holding the baby. But the babys head was cut-out so anyone could stand behind it and get their picture taken as Chucky's kid!
*No, I didn't get a picture as my GF is terrified of all things Chucky.
I was just gonna mention that Malcolm R. I guess a lot of people mistook that girl in the car as Briney Spears. My sister and I were talking about it last night and we both thought it was her at first too.
I really enjoyed Bride of Chucky, and looked forward to a continuation of that film's ending, but I think this film looks atrocious. The trailer only succeeds in making me roll my eyes, and I very well may pass on this one.
Just watched this tonight, I didn't think anyone could be creepier than my boy Chuck, but Glen gives me the creeps! :frowning:
He look's like a zombie baby doll and is just extremely wierd. And that voice was just so off-putting, getting Billy Boyd was a stroke of genius!
I really enjoyed the film, too, it was the unrated dvd BTW. It was cool because I have a full size, high quality Chucky doll standing off to the right of my screen that I kept looking over at.
