Would anyone buy this. I would, I think it would be great, they could include the unaired episodes, that alone would make it worth it.

Thread title got my hopes up for a second. :frowning:

Anyway, I'd definitely buy it.

I'd buy them in less than a heartbeat. Amazingly funny show that was never given an opportunity to grow into the show it could become.

Loved it.

Aww... got my hopes up too. Good to see Shrug get a new gig on Sex & the City, though. His Curly on the Three Stooges docudrama last year was pretty darn good too.

me too it would be great if those that start these could make the thread title a question, like ...

"anyone know if it's like, you know, will be coming on dvd soon?"

This thread got my hopes up too. :)

I missed this show when it was on but I'd love a second chance to see it! I loved A.J. Langer in My So-Called Life...

I recall watching this show, but for the life of me, I can't remember what it was about...can anybody refresh my memory?

A guy moves from New York to LA to write a book about his experiences - and doesn't like it, and complains to all his LA friends. That's the broad concept of the show. It had Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing) as a regular, playing herself.

It was an OK show, amusing enough, but I certainly wouldn't buy it.

(Although I did love the car chase episode were the entire city came to a standstill to watch TV coverage of a car chase - that was funny.)

and the girl-friend from my so called life. aj langer.

i liked it.

ugh i just noticed thatn this IS NOT an announcement thread for the show to be coming soon.

i wish thread starters would make a more specific title for threads.

Yes, I'd buy it. Funny show.

And don't forget about Chris Eigeman (star of all of Whit Stillman and Noah Baumbach's films, and now on GILMORE GIRLS). He was great in it.

Unfortunately, I doubt it will happen.

I'd love to have that show in my collection! I think it was a very fresh and funny show and it definitely diserves to be released on DVD.

Correction:

Evan Handler ("Shrug" on ILYK) played Larry Fine on the Three Stooges telepic.

Curly was played by future bald badass Michael Chikliss (The Shield, AKA Rampart)

And Shemp was played by John Kassir, who was the voice of the Crypt Keeper and Buster Bunny!

BOMM,

CS
