"We THOUGHT you was a Toad!"
I would buy it. Although, it is a Universal property. So odds are it won't come out.
Actually, it might be with USA now - remember, Universal sold Barry Diller most of their TV department a few years back; I'm not sure how much of the catalog that included.
But it's also an Amblin' series, and wasn't all that popular. Don't expect to see it any time soon.
edited to say that only a day later does my post show up!
sorry for the double post.

I would love to see SeaQuest on DVD. Of course, this is coming from probably the ONLY guy who owns a SeaQuest shot glass, Coffee Mug, Drinking Glass, and T-shirt (I went and saw where they filmed SeaQuest at Universal Studios back in 1994, it was also a great Jurassic Park time for me too).

The greatest quote I ever head about SeaQuest was by the writer/director JMS, of Babylon5.
Someone asked him what might have helped the series, given his knowledge in writing and running a successful SF TV series.
Does anybody have any news on this?
Since it's going to be at least a year before Universal starts releasing TV product. I'd say you have at least a year to wait
And since Studios USA have been assimilated into Universal, it's still going to be their product
The only Universal TV property that is all but confirmed is the Battlestar Galactica set
I own a SeqQuest hat AND I visited the set a couple years back... they were filming the first 'Flinstones' movie on the backlot (lots of set pieces), so it was in that timeframe. I would buy it, I even have an autographed picture of Roy Schnider somewhere around here
I LOVED SeaQuest and would definitely buy it on DVD.
SeaQuest, with Johnathen Brandis right? I'll take it, if it'll help us get Sidekicks & Ladybugs on DVD in OAR
They should just put out the pilot, that Irvin Kershner directed. This was the last thing he's done I think. They should have ended it after the pilot anyway.
I'd probably buy it. My mom was a big fan of this show, too so I might be able to get her to chip in if I need to.
