Several reviews mention that the new release of SCROOGE includes the pre-film Overture, but none of them have mentioned anything about the exit music? Has Paramount not included this?

The Cinema Laser review mentions that there is an option to view the film with the overture and exit music. So, I guess it's there.

Would be nice to have it confirmed, though.

Confirmed.
Both overture music and exit music are played on the disc.
