Whenever I try games, DVD's stuff that uses multiply resolutions my screen goes weird. For something that uses my 3d card and something like 640x480 my screen has a bubble look to it. I have a flat screen monitor so I thought it could be drivers making a bubble screen image. The original video drivers work fine but the last couple of offical video drivers don't work so well, any ideas?

It sounds like it's the actual monitor "size" settings in the monitor controls (the buttons on the front of your monitor). I've noticed that whenever I switch resolutions I have to go into the monitor settings and adjust the size of display. But when I go back to the previous resolution things are back to where they were. Once you have set all the "size" settings for each resolution I think it will keep them so you don't have to keep making adjustments. I hope that makes sense.
