I found a site that sells cut to size screen material, aroun 225 bucks for a piece 119", I think it said it was Da-Lite Material, anybody ever try this, how hard is it to mount, I think I can make a frame no problem.

Unless you really want to spend that kind of money, just go to your local JoAnn Fabric outlet and buy the "budget blackout fabric." Many have found that it works perfectly without mods, and some have painted it with Behr Silverscreen (Home Depot) paint.

I built my screen for $115 total. It is a 110 inch diagonal. I got the screen materail from a guy named Moakes. I would post a link but I dont have enough posts on this site to do so. Le me know if you have any questions.
