We are proud to announce that we have a new (and currently buzz worthy) IFC Midnight title planned for release on Blu-ray & DVD on November 17th!

RELIC – When elderly mother Edna inexplicably vanishes, her daughter Kay and granddaughter Sam rush to the family's decaying country home, finding clues of her increasing dementia scattered around the house in her absence. After Edna returns just as mysteriously as she disappeared, Kay's concern that her mother seems unwilling or unable to say where she's been clashes with Sam's unabashed enthusiasm to have her grandma back. As Edna's behavior turns increasingly volatile, both begin to sense that an insidious presence in the house might be taking control of her.

"Enigmatic, mournful, deeply creepy ..." — Jessica Kiang, Variety
"Exerts an ever-tightening hold on the imagination" — David Rooney, The Hollywood Reporter
Emily Mortimer, Robyn Nevin, and Bella Heathcote star in an unforgettable new spin on the haunted house movie from first-time writer/director Natalie Erika James: Relic.

I think the year in the subject line needs an update. This is Relic from 2020, not the Guillermo del Toro 1997 horror film The Relic.
I think you're getting it mixed up with Mimic, which was also from '97 and directed by Guillermo del Toro. As pointed out, The Relic was Peter Hyams.
