The Universal box set blu ray had the correct 1,85:1 ratio for Kiss of the Vampire and The Evil of Frankenstein. It used 2.0:1 which was incorrect for Brides of Dracula and Curse of the werewolf. Both should have been 1.85:1 and it used 2.0:1 for Phantom of the Opera and Night Creatures but it was later mentioned that these 2 were designed to be shown at either 1.85:1 or 2.0:1 as 2.0:1 looked fine for these 2.

Doubtful it would be at least 30 titles already with many more to come. Don't remember them doing many box sets of previously released titles in the past.
I might be forgetting something but I don't think they've ever done it. The closest I can think of is when they released Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers on its own after its inclusion in the Halloween box sets.

The art work on the box almost makes it look like this movie could have possibly been made a bit later than the early 1960s. It is a very detailed and eerie looking cover. I was hoping they might put Noel Willman(Dr. Ravna) and Jennifer Daniel(Marianne Harcourt) characters on the front. Maybe they're on the back of the case with some other pictures from the film.

Why doesn't SHOUT use the original posters for these releases ? I hate the photo shopped artwork for this cover ? The original posters are so much nicer......... it's good they have included extras !

The Hammer Films cover art is 2 sided most of the time. New artwork on one side and Original Poster art on the other side.

So it's your choice which you can use for the cover is what you are saying ?? The Shout Factory release of "Curse Of The Werewolf" has the original Poster as well ??

I am looking forward to "Brides Of Dracula", I am hoping, this is also being released as three of the others in the Universal Hammer set have been released at this time.

Lost on the way to their honeymoon, a young couple stumbles upon a mysterious family of vampires and their unspeakably evil leader. When a wrong turn leaves newlyweds Marianne and Gerald Harcourt stranded in a remote Bavarian forest, they have no choice but to accept the hospitality of the hypnotic Dr. Ravna, distinguished lord of a nearby castle. Ravna uses his "children" to lure the newlyweds to his lair, and soon they are plunged into a nightmare of horror and deception from which there may be no escape. Their only hope is Professor Zimmer, who calls upon an ancient ritual in a desperate attempt to destroy the vampires and free Marianne from Ravna's power.
