I know the feeling, I’m waiting on Uni’s third party vendor for the corrected Psycho.

I'm waiting on the Psycho discs too but I signed up probably a month after most people did so I expect to be last in line there. Plus, those discs have been cloaked in more mystery than a David Lynch movie so I have no clue when to expect them.

So this is getting frustrating. I’m not even getting USPS tracking updates anymore. I can understand holiday stuff takes priority but almost a month since I got the first tracking notice. I don’t think I’ve ever waited as long for a package by far once it entered into the USPS

USPS packages are a disaster right now. Tracking doesn’t matter because even if you have it, it’ll just show that the package isn’t moving. I live in NY and every USPS package I’ve had ordered has gotten delayed at a hub in NJ, each sitting there at least a week not moving. I am routinely receiving packages three weeks after shipment, when in normal scenarios I’d get them 2-3 days after shipping.

The dozen or so tracking numbers that I have for my various packages all work but they all show as being "in transit" from another city when the reality is probably that they're all sitting on a loading dock in Philadelphia waiting to be scanned.

As for this, the fulfillment company still hasn't shipped my discs yet. Like I said, everything else that I'm waiting on has a tracking number that shows that it's been picked up and left the city that it came out and since this doesn't even show up as being picked up, I ain't buying that they shipped it.

It's good to see that they're still trickling in to people. I'm following their rules on waiting until January 4 for the discs to arrive but I get the feeling that I'll be e-mailing them that day to tell them to finally send mine.

Yeah me too. Mine appears to have been lost in the mail. Last USPS update was the 16th. Nothing since then

I doubt it’s lost, that’s just how bad the delays are with USPS. I am routinely waiting three weeks or more for packages that in normal times would take 2-3 days. They often drop out of the tracking system or show no movement for weeks at a time, but all have eventually appeared.

I ordered a CD off eBay on 11/30. Shipped from New Hampshire 12/1, got to Jersey Cit 12/2... and sat.

Finally arrived here in VA on 12/30!

I was just relieved it arrived at all. This was a rare CD that I'd be hard-pressed to find from another seller - well, not at the reasonable price I paid!

I feared it was lost for good. At least if USPS loses something from Shout, they can send another!

That's what I got by replying to the second e-mail (telling people that they sent the discs) but I still had the first e-mail with a different e-mail address [email protected]

I got an automated response from that which said it could take 2 or 3 days for their response.

Just bought from eBay the 3 that were screwed up (including Part lll) for $30. Hey, it's cheaper that the price they were asking for just Part 3 alone. I don't give a shit if it's not correct. So many people didn't, even after they received it the first time, know there was a problem.

Me, I just want the 3Der for my collection. The other ones, well, I'll just add them to my collection.

I still haven't gotten a reply beyond the automated response saying they'd get back to me in 2 to 3 days and it's been longer than that now. It'd be one thing if my discs had shipped and were sitting somewhere but this jerkoff fulfillment company hasn't even shipped mine yet and it's been a month and a half. I'll wait until Monday but after that, I'm going to contact Shout (who basically has nothing to do with this) to at least let them know that the company they're paying to do a job isn't doing their job and is refusing to answer questions about their lack of doing their job.

This seems like a sensible, measured response, especially given the circumstances. I hope you get your much awaited set, soon!

yeah I saw a couple of corrected discs for part 3 (the only one I really care about) on EBay in the 45-50 buck range. It’s a ripofff, but if I have a few drinks later I’ll be tempted to buy and be done with this. It sounds dopey, but I’ve been waiting most of my life to see a proper 3D version of the movie and the pop out credits being screwed up sours things.

eh it’s about the cost of taking my family out to the movies (member those days)

To give credit where credit is due, the fulfillment did finally reply to me at the end of business today saying that they were sending me another set discs and that they were sorry the discs got lost/never shipped to begin with. Considering the USPS is still a backed up disaster, I'll be waiting for the discs a while but at least, I've hopefully cleared the hurdle of getting them to send the discs in the first place.
