Scratched screen (1 Viewer)

My old Toshiba 40H80 has a scratched screen... I took the clear front piece off years ago and the actual screen is scratched... I'm looking for replacement parts, and I'm not sure if I'm looking to order a fresnel piece or lenticular?

There are 3 layers.
The outside layer, which you have already removed. It is the glare screen
The middle layer, which is the lenticular
and the inside layer, which is the fresnal.
Figure about $150 for a replacement.
