I got the box set of Schindler's List for my birthday and the great book inside of it was damaged by the little metal rods that were in the set. Does anyone have a phone number for Universal so I can get it replaced?

I'd like to get my digipack case replaced as it's scratched up and covered with some sort of glue residue. I've been meaning to purchase another copy, swap cases and than bring it back and exchange it for a sealed set for which I could sell off or trade, but I don't have the money to burn right now and it seems like a lot of effort. I guess that's the problem with these exclusive box set offers... I'd also like to know if there's some sort of replacement service, though I'm doubtful they'd send an entire digipack set in the mail.
