Anchor Bay's release of Timerider is missing footage (I compared it to my VHS & Beta versions). Near the end of the movie when the villian is defeated, it instead has stock footage showing that he survives (although he's there, then disappears). However, you still hear on the audio track of his true demise, being diced by the helicopter down to his boots.
Apparently director William Dear had recorded the audio commentary earlier because he talks about this scene. What gives?
