Has anyone bought from them? are they reliable?
I am looking to get some Japanese dvds. any help would be great!

I would not recommend them, I used them once and they never got around to shipping the discs so I had to cancel.
I use CDJAPAN and they have always been excellent

Man am I glad I came across this thread. I was considering ordering Stargate DTS from Sazuma... not anymore!

Ugh, someone had to bring up the Suzuma Phantom Menace LD memories again..... *shudders* Poor customer service, double billing, wait an age for your order, told lies.....don't use em!
