Saving game in "The Thing" for X-box (1 Viewer)

I just bought the system and the game The Thing. Played it a little, but couldn't see anywhere in the manual on how to save your game. If somebody could help out that would be great. Also, I find the cut scenes video to be a little jumpy. Anybody else notice this. Thanks.

Hey Jim,

I just bought the Xbox but rented The Thing as well. Anyways, in the game, you should come across some "computer" type looking things. The hand (with whatever controller config button you are using) should come up and when you press it, it will bring up the save screen (man, did that make any sense?). So anyways, there is no way to "just save" you need to look for those "computer-looking" things.

You need to find tape recoders - usually in supply huts or supply areas.

You cannot save whenever you want.
