OK, I'm on a quest to find a great BBQ sauce. Does anyone have a favorite small label sauce which can be ordered via internet or over the phone. I prefer a spicy sauce with a bit of a kick as opposed to the sweeter varities.
Costco used to sell a Jalapeño Raspberry BBQ sauce. Jalapeño hot with a little raspberry zing. I loved it but can't find it anywhere.
I'm currently trying to perfect my hot wings recipe. If I can get it right then the sauce would be good on any meat. I finally found just the right hot sauce for it and I'm working on the right combinations and ratios. The trouble is, when I get it just right I have to tame it down because my family can't take the heat. Also, after playing around with ingredients I don't remember how much of everything I put in and don't document it.
Edit: Oh yeah, Barbeques Galore sells a ton of BBQ sauces you can buy online. Go to http://www.bbqgalore-online.com/

Hmmm...BBQ sauce, try Rudy's: http://www.rudys.com/
or the Salt-Lick BBQ: http://www.saltlickbbq.com/
Good stuff. I find rudy's to be spicier than Salt-Lick, but over all I think they are both excellent.
