Satellite service that faces East?? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know of any satellite providers that have their satellites over the East coast, or even South-East?

I live in an apartment and my only visability is NNE to SSE. Every satellite providers I've seen is South-West from Toronto.

I installed mostly dish systems for a while and installed a few with very little visability.
I assembled the dish but did not attach it.
Hooked up a short coax to the receiver and a little portable TV so I could see the meter. I then moved the dish around until I got something. Attached it and fine tuned it. I got a good signal this way when the house was surrounded by giant redwoods. Something to consider
