Does anybody have any feedback regarding the Sanyo 1GB MP3 Player (DMC1100)?

It seems like a good unit for the price. 1GB + an additional 512 MB in an SD card if you have one. Has FM and a voice recorder too. Just wondering if anybody has any experience with one of these. I am looking for a hardware/non-CD/non-Hard Disk MP3 player to supplement my cd based iRiver iMP-350. I want small and light and skip free with minimum 1GB memory.

thanx in advance for any feedback,

    Chris,

I have the iRiver iFP 795 512MB player... I bought it for its recording abilities (voice and external microphone input) but I'm mainly using it to automatically record a weekly FM program I like. It has variable bit rate settings for each record source, and seems to do a good job, but I haven't tested the external mic input yet (just the internal condenser mic, which is fine). No SD card unfortunately.
