Hi, I'm trying to buy the Samurai Jack Premier Movie DVD and doing a search on the internet I found out that there are two versions of this dvd, one with 5.1 sound and one with mono sound. Does anyone knows more about this dvd? Is the sound the only diference?

    Thanks.[IMG]

I have this DVD, and even though the back of the case lists it as mono, it is in fact 5.1 DD. You have to go to the Languages and Audio menu to find this out. Sounds like one source only looked at the back of the box, while the other one actually checked the disc out. If this helps, the stock number for mine is H1902. Good luck.

    Not a "BIG" fan.
However, I did watch ONE episode that was letterboxed.
Would the "premiere", be anamorphic widescreen?

Love that this artist is doing Clone Wars!
Should put a new 'spin', on SW.

Yeah- Samurai Jack is an interesting show. It's composed for 4:3, but depending on the episode's director it will either be 4:3 (most of the time), 16:9 letterboxed, or both. I can recall only one episode that's all letterboxed.

I am a huge fan. SJ is one of the best American produced animated shows in the last 20yrs. I can't wait for boxed sets.

I can not believe I was lucky enough to catch the one and only letterbox.
I only 'see' the show when channel surfing.:b
But, only stop to watch "The One"!
    Great action, good story.
Clone Wars, should be off the hook!!! [IMG]
