Hey guys,..Thought I would see if there was any interest in this memory. I increased the memory in one of my sons machines, and due to the nature of RDRAM, I had to replace all of it.
This Samsung memory is in excellent condition, pulled from a Dell dimension 8200, 400MHZ Front side buss. It is the 40ns, non ECC version, which I have found difficult to locate, unless you purchase brand new, for a small fortune.
The 512MB consists of 4-128MB sticks. I also have a pair of continuity modules if you need those. Most of the machines that use RDRAM, have 2 banks of 2 slots for memory. All 4 of the slots need to be filled either with memory sticks, or continuity modules for the system to operate.
If you have any questions or pictures, just ask.

I also have 512MB PC2100 DDR Samsung Laptop memory for sale as well,....2-sticks of 256MB. excellent condition also. Pulled from a HP ZE5000 Notebook.

    RDRAM,..$150.00 plus $6.00 shipping
    DDRRAM,..$75.00 plus $6.00 shipping
