Samsung Pnc58700 Plasma, Red line down the center help (1 Viewer)

Hi yesterday I bought a Samsung Pnc587000 when I turned it on the check it in the store their was a dark blue menu screen and I did no notice the red line of pixels going down the screen just off center of left. Does this happen often to new tv's or to this model. Thank you for any help

Often a case of fault in the panel assembly, should be replaced under warranty.

You bought it yesterday? Which store? And it's new, not refurbished or something? I might be missing something, but to me this sounds like an immediate return for exchange or refund.
