Brand new in box used about 6 or 7 times. Retail $299 asking $190 plus shipping. Or you can pick up if you live in the NYC. Here are the specs:

The Samsung DVD-HD931 upconverts your DVDs to HDTV-compliant formats, which means you'll experience picture quality with nearly twice the resolution that progressive-scan DVD players offer.

    720p/1080i video output

    Faroudja's DCDi de-interlacing technology

Progressive-scan video output maximizes the picture quality when used with a digital TV or monitor

Enjoy an HDTV-compliant picture with roughly twice the resolution of progressive-scan DVD players

DVI video output eliminates video quality loss that results from analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversions; note: a TV with DVI input is required to receive the upconverted signal

Faroudja's DCDi de-interlacing technology corrects vibration, stair-stepping, cutoff and other standard video-processing artifacts

EZ View letterbox eliminator allows you to get rid of the black letterbox bars with the push of a button

Picture CD & JPEG CD viewer lets you view digital photos and create slide shows on your TV screen

    DVD-Audio, CD-R/RW and MP3 playback capability

Bookmarking capability lets you bookmark your favorite sections of your disc so that you can quickly find them later

Motion Zoom gives you 2- or 4-time magnification of a screen area without distortion, even while the movie is playing

3-D sound function enhances 2-channel audio track discs

Component video, S-video and composite video outputs; optical digital and coaxial digital outputs

    Full size audio chassis (430mm)

I am just going through some hard times and need the funds. I would not use my projector without it. I have a Sanyo Z2 that I will be selling as well. I loved the results with DVI, but I recently moved and my setup is not optimal for a FP right now. So both items have been unused for months. I could just use the cash, I just sold my SVS sub as well. I will miss it dearly. [IMG]

owch to selling the SVS. I own a 25-31PC+ and wouldnt think of parting with it cause I know it would always get use and have a home.

im not sure about the samsung. seems light weight to me and heard mixed things about it. still im curious. it would be used on a sony 36" XBR800. id hate to buy it and not get a better pic than my XP50.

what about the sanyo Z2 ? how many hours on it ? it has DVI obviously and component ? price ? I have an old Boxlight XGA running s-video and would love to upgrade.

I really do not know how many hours maybe 8 or 9. I bought it in November when they first came out and used it a couple of times. It has been in its box for over two months. I was hoping to sell for $1800.

As far as DVDR, the manual says it should play but varies on recording it does not go into the other formats.
