Is there such a thing? I want to purchase a laserdisc player with an s-video outlet but my tv only has one s-video input that is being used by my dvd player. Also, can anyone recommend a good laserdisc player? I don't want to spend more than $200 and I've been watching ebay for one.

You should use a switcher, not a Y-adapter. Radio Shack has S-video switchers for about USD 40. I don't think that anyone makes Y-adapters for S-video but ifyou had and used one, the picture could be spoiled by interaction with the circuitry of the device not being used even if it was turned off.
I don't know which laserdisk players (other than the Pioneer CLD-99 and CLD-79 which are very good) have good enough comb filters to make their S-video output better than using composite. If your TV has a good 3D comb filter, you don't need S-video from the LD player.
