Just picked a set up on Friday. I notice how sharp the picture was and how the colors became more fuller. Overall better texture and graphics. I'm completey satisfied. Does anyone know if know the componets will make a better difference?

Based on my experiences (don't say that often...) S-Video is better than RCA and component is better than S-Video. Component does what S-Video does, only a lot better. The picture is usually less fuzzy (its a lot sharper) and clearer.

Maybe I'll try componets cables later down the road.

The jump between S-Vid and composite cable (the junk ones you get with new equipment), is quite large. Easy to see the difference.

The jump between S-Vid and Component, is small. Component is better, without a doubt but, you almost have to view the same thing, side by side with and S-Vid signal, to see the difference.

    Of course, that's just mho.
