S-Video Switcher (1 Viewer)

I don’t have anything fancy right now just a basic TV and DVD player. The TV does have one S-Video in. I want to use my DVD player and my X-Box with that connection. I was wondering if a simple S-Video switcher would be ok to use. I want to get some better gear at some point but this is the best I could do for now. Please let know what you think.

Yup that'll work fine. Then again, if you spring for the 30 dollar XBOX dvd kit, you can do away with your dvd player .. granted the xbox isnt progressive, but your tv isnt either, so if you have that feature in your dvd player it doesnt matter to lose it. Just my two cents..but yes, a switcher will work fine.
