I have a Toshiba 42H82 and recently, the set has started to show some horizontal lines about 1/2" apart all over the screen. It is most visible when I leave my AVR on but the source (Sat, VCR, PS2) off causing a blue screen, similar to when a VCR is on w/out a tape playing. These lines are only present when an s-video cable is connected to the TV. It doesn't matter what input. It affects all inputs equally. If I'm looking at video 2 w/a composite connection, the problem exists even if the S-video connection is on video 1 or 3. I went as far as to hook an s-video cable with nothing connected to the other end to rule out my video components. The moment I disconnect the s-video cable, the lines go away. I've had the TV since July and its worked great. Its been calibrated w/Avia. I have pics if anyone is interested I can email them. Thanks in advance!!

If anyone can tell me how to post a pic, I'll gladly post one.
