S&V HTT advanced calibration & Avia? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I had a quesiton about the advanced video calibration on the Sound & Vision HTT DVD. Do you need tools to perform those calibrations or how do you do it, what do you adjust? The DVD didn't seem to explain it?

Also, I realize Avia has extra video calibration tests than the Sound & Vision DVD, but can those extra tests be done in the user menu, or do you need tools or service menu access to do these extra tests? The reason I ask, is that I'm considering purchasing the Avia disk, but if I won't be able to perform any of the extra tests then it is not worth it to me.
