This little film also features Russell Crowe, Jim Broadbent and Kenneth Mars.

Perhaps all that info is rubbish, found it at Movies Unlimited.
Rough Magic actually dates from 1995 and a DVD (p&s) has been availably since August of 2002 according to Amazon.
Maybe the "new release" will be OAR.
