Rotel RSX-1056 (2 Viewers)

Hi Andrew,

I have a hard time getting into club rotel. Tried two different computers, change my browser security settings, etc. Once in a blue moon I will be able to navigate within the site, but usually I am stuck on the home page timing out when trying the various links.

I don't have any problems getting in but the site is slow as molasses, and I'm using cable broadband.

Yeah we know about the problems with the current server and we're trying to resolve them...please bare with us a little longer. Also there's seems to be a problem connecting to the server if you're using a D-Link 604 router...and neither our techs or D-Link has a clue why

Can you save different settings for each input on the 1056? Such as, could I set my sub for music (I have bookshelves) at a lower level than for DVD's? I can do this with my HK and have heard that NAD allows this as well.

Would it not be smart to just buy the 1067 which has a heck of a lot more power and will drive all 7 channels? The cost of the extra amp seems to almost equal out the price anyway.

Yes sorry about the downtime but we're now on a brand new super fast server so our problems should all now be behind us with respect to router and speed issues.

Can anyone confirm or deny that ALL 1056's have a hiss problem when plaing 2 channel music?

Jason some of the early units did in fact have an issue but Rotels addressed that and none of the new ones should be effected.
