Rotel RMB 1075 vs Anthem MCA 5 II??
I have it narrowed down to 2 amps, The rotel 1075 and the Anthem MCA 5 II. I can get both for around $1100.00.
I am all new to this, and with all of your help I have narrowed it down to these two. I have never owned a Power amp before, so your opinions will help a lot. I watch more movies and TV, but I still like to listen to music as well. My pre will be a Marantz SR7000, and the speakers are Paradigm Reference(Studio 80's, Studio 20's, and a Studio CC) If you know of a place to get the amps cheaper, please let me know, I am still a college student, and don't have a million dollars. I am looking for a more bang for the buck amp that can knock my socks off. I will soon be adding a twin SVS setup to the list as well, but I will run them off of a different amp. If you know of a good used deal, please let me know.
Thanks again, Fred
