Rotate display program? (1 Viewer)

Anyone know of a utility to rotate the display 90 degrees for a laptop LCD ? The video driver does not have the option so I thought there might be something out there to do it as a separate program.

Done quite a few searches though and have come up empty.

That is a program we use at work.

Also what is the brand of laptop and the make/model of the video card?
