I started a thread about this short in the After Hours forum, but no one replied.
As a long-time fan of Rob Schrab's Scud the Disposable Assassin and still hoping in vain for that final 21st issue, I really enjoyed the Robot Bastard trailer. (MST3K creator Joel Hodgson and Earthworm Jim creator Doug TenNapel also contributed to the project.) For some reason, perhaps because of Schrab's attempts to make the short look like some long-lost Ultraman material or something, the Japanese trailer appeals to me much more than the English version.
