Unlike Ken Coleman and Ned Martin. [IMG] RIP. It was always nice to see him at the games these past few years. He'll be missed.

Curt Gowdy was a huge part of my formative years. I watched him regularly on NBC's Game of the Week baseball broadcasts (with Tony Kubek). I also used to catch him occasionally on the American Sportsman.

    A class act.

He will be missed. I really appreciated him in another type of broadcasting. In the early nineties he was the lead broadcaster for Drum Corps International, and did a wonderful job. RIP.

I bet he and Ted are on a bass boat right now, swapping fish stories. RIP Curt.
