Right Angled HDMI Adapter (1 Viewer)

Hoping for some answers.

1) Other than monoprice, where can I buy these online? Monoprice is out of stock.
2) Are they all the same? 1.3v compatible? I've read the swivel kind aren't 1.3v compatible.
3) Is picture quality reduced when using adapters?

Plasma is too close to the wall for my HDMI cable to fit properly without bending it 90 degree which will obviously ruin it.

Scroll down the page some. There are quite a few to choose from. Some are v.1.3 compatible.

Thanks for the input Ed. I ended up notching out the sheet rock so that the cable wouldn't kink. It was actually easier than scouting around for the adapter, not to mention picture quality problems, 1.3v compatible, blah, blah, blah. Everyone seems to be out of stock. I'm sure there are many out there in the same situation. The brains who design these Plasmas never figured many people would be hanging them on the wall. Go figure.

That might be because hanging on the wall is the worst place for one to be. Especially over a working fireplace! The ideal position for a tv, is for the center of the screen to be eye level, when you're sitting down.

Yes I know but that is the ONLY place in the living I could place it. I installed it as low as I could just above the mantel and so the viewing angle isn't too extreme. Anyway, the HDMI cable is installed and I'm awaiting Monitor Audio RS-LCR speakers this Friday hooked up to a Denon 3808ci. Thanks again for you input Ed.
