I have a choice of power conditioning for my Samson S1000 which powers my subs. I can either use the Richard Gray Power Company 400S or a PS Audio 15A High Current Ultimate Outlet. I know the ultimate answer is to audition each unit in the setup, but I still welcome any opinions.

If you're using the Samson S1000 to power a sub, I'd say don't bother. If you're using it for full range I'd suggest investing in a better amp before buying tweaks

I already have these "tweaks" due to the receipt of a new BPT BP2 balanced power thinga-ma-jig. If I can make effective use of the displaced stuff somewhere else I will. Otherwise, I'll just sell it. The Samson powers my subs only.

Bill: What are your initial thoughts on the BPT products. What kind of impact (lowered floor?) Have you tried it with any source components or your video components? I am ready to make a purchase of a modified BPT BP2 by Alan Maher, a HT installer/consultant in Alaska. Would be interested in your thoughts and findings.

    Thanks

    Ron
