I thought it was impossible, but Ain't It Cool News reports that Paul Dini mentioned that an uncut Batman Beyond: ROTJ DVD has been discussed recently. The WB could win back some of my good graces if this actually happens. They'll probably perform some market research among Clean Cut Videos club members and decide against it though.

Hmmm. Maybe WB is like a really big vehicle. "This thing, she don't turn on a dime!". Perhaps if we give them our feedback and then give them the time, they will FINALLY do the right thing after a while.
A looong while it seems. But better late then never, eh?

What about the animated series season boxsets? Anyone hear any more on that?

Supposedly the 'season boxes' of Batman: The Animated Series (chances are that the first season of 65 episodes will be broken up into several different sets) will debut in Spring 2002.
Also, more Batman Beyond DVDs will be coming, courtesy of Columbia House.
