Resizing pictures.

    How do you limit the dimensions of images you place in posts? i.e. how do you resize a set of pics so that they're all the same width and height. I hope that spells out the question sufficiently! [​IMG] [​IMG]

    The only way I know how is to size them prior to uploading them.

    You can set the image size in the IMG setting tag in HTML, however- the dithering is horrible which makes the pic look like a distorted mess, and even if you scale it down small, it has to load the data for the entire picture-- so you have to still download a full 4 megs even if you're only needing a thumbnail.

    The best bet is to resize the pics in an editor program (like photoshop, or Lview Pro if you're looking for something free)- and then post the pictures.
