Replacing Pioneer DVD Player: Choices? (1 Viewer)

I returned my Pioneer 578 DVD player for a second time for repairs, and they told me that in all likelihood that it will have to be replaced. I bought it at Best Buy and if I do get to do an exchange, I was looking at the Samsung 860 upconverting player or the Denon 566 progressive scan. I have a Panasonic 47x54 CRT HD tv. Which player would be a better choice for my tv? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
