I thought it might be helpful to start a thread for info regarding Lamp Units in general since so many products currently on market require them.
Lifespan experinced per user by display manuf/model. Sources for purchase.

My display is a Sony KF60XBR800 (commonly known as GWII)
Lamp Block: XL-2000U
First Lamp Failure at: 16,473 hours.

2 Replacements ordered one each from Sony Style (still backordered)and Projector Lamp Center.
PLC had 8 days of glitches on my 2-day air order, finally resolved by overnighting bulb I received yesterday.

Any familar with the normal temp range on GW2 displays for lamps.
While in my Service Menu, I'm seeing the temp rise from a start of 28 degrees to stablized after approx 30 min at 42 degrees?
New lamp, want to make it last!
