    Picked up a 72HM195 72" DLP Toshiba.

At first I wasn't that happy, no shadow detail, other issues, like fan noise.

Worked most of them out and after a couple of days all I can say is WOW!!!!!

Since FP was not an option for me, I have to say that 6ft of screen is the next best thing!

I am using a Denon 2910 DVD player through the HDMI.

I couldn't be happier especially since I picked the set up for just $200 over dealer cost.

    Sounds good Chris.

What did you do with your Mits?

    Thanks

    Chris:

How the hell are you man? I haven't seen a post from you in a long time.

I am still paying on my Mits RPTV but I really would like to get a 1080p set at some point. RAF really likes his HP 1080p set.

Glad to hear that the Tosh is something that worked out great for you.

Arthur - I sold it to my brother. Delivered it yesterday and yes, my back is killing me.

    Parker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey mon!

The set is pretty darn nice. Some things are better than my CRT and some are worse. Compromise, compromise.

Drop me an e-mail sometime and let's catch up. [IMG]

    Hey Gregg!

I have a question for you. Fan noise... how loud should it be? I know this is a difficult question for you to answer, especially over the Internet.

I just don't have any others around here with this set and I think mine might be a bit louder than it should be.

I may be calling your team to come calibrate mine. [IMG]
