Does anyone know what happened with this?

According to this press release:

it appears that TNN is holding back the episodes (new and old) until the summer for their full animation block (with Stripperella and Gary the Rat). They are coming though. I just hope that they show the episodes in an unedited format and that they finally bring "Man's Best Friend" to the airwaves.

I agree wholeheartedly. As much as I love Ren & Stimpy, I refuse to watch TNN with that f*ing bar and blinding logo.
