I'm looking for anyone to talk about the short-lived, and much missed tv show that ran in around 1996... Bizarre and wonderful, hard to explain. EW called it possibly the best show ever cancelled. Plus, if any amazingly awake person managed to tape it, please let me know!

Yes, I remember this show (pretty hard to forget a series with a main character who slept in a cardboard box). I believe it was canned before a full season run had been made (I think eight episodes were shot), which was a shame as I thought it it was really very good.

Can't help with a tape. I used to have one with the last four episodes on it, but have since disposed of every remnant of the Very Hazy System.

According to EPGuides.com (http://www.epguides.com/Profit/) 9 episodes were shot and only 5 aired.
I loved this show as well.
