Rel Storm to what sub upgrade? (1 Viewer)

Hi I've got a Rel Storm V1. It's quite a good sub, except it lacks extreme LF & SPL output in certain bass-heavy films (Toy Story 2 intro, Titan AE, Terminator 2 Ultimate)

I'm looking at spending £2000 for a AV-only subwoofer (the Storm will be relocated to my stereo-only system)

What subwoofer would you guys recommend?

SVS pops up alot, if so will the 20hz PC Plus be much better than the Storm- has anyone upgraded from the Storm to a SVS?

I could go for the CS-Ultra, and find a monobloc/Crown K1 locally.

I had a Storm3 once. I, too, complained of lack of LF extension. Anything lower than 22hz was port noise or some sort if distortion.

Sold that off within a month of getting it, got a SVS pc+ instead.

Never regretted getting the SVS! Fantastic!
