Regular Cable Channels on HD (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know when regular channels like USA, TNT, TBS, MTV, Golf Channel will go HD.
Just can't wait to see them on HD. Some of the programs would be really good in HD.

TNT-HD is launching in May supposedly. Haven't heard any announcements about the others. There also is often lag between channel launch and when it actually shows up on your cable system, although I'd assume for TNT-HD it'd be up almost immediately on a Time Warner system.

But TWC in our area still does not show ESPNHD....
